Our vanities can take up to 3-4 weeks to be ready for pickup/delivery.

What is the warranty like on Vanity Sense vanities?
We provide one year warranty on hinges & drawer slides.
What materials are used in your vanities?
Our vanities are made up of solid wood, depending on collection – plywood, birch, maple, poplar etc.
What material is used for your countertops?
We deal in quartz, although do sell vanities with sintered stone, solid surface, or poly-marble countertops.
Does Vanity Sense do custom vanities?
We don’t! But we do have our BUILD Collection which we can combine prefabricated pieces to fit large/odd sizes.
Does Vanity Sense deliver?
We deliver across the GTA & surrounding area for a nominal fee.
What is Vanity Sense’s return policy?
All sales items, floor models & custom pieces are final sale. All other items returned have a 25% restocking fee. Damage claims will not be accepted for any installed, modified or altered vanity. Any damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, improper handling, storage, wear and tear, and water damage will not be covered by Vanity Sense Inc.
How do I clean my vanity?
Vanity bases can be wiped down with a microfiber cloth dampened with warm water. We also sell an eco-friendly universal stone cleaner here.
Do you have all the vanities shown on your website in your showroom?
We try to keep our most popular collections on our showroom floor – though we do offer many vanities that we have on our website that won’t be in our showroom.
What are the payment options at Vanity Sense?
We require 50% deposit to process orders. We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, & Interac/VISA Debit.
Does Vanity Sense offer installation services?
Unfortunately, at this time we are not offering any bathroom vanity installation service.
Does Vanity Sense offer a program for renovation professionals?
Vanity Sense has a designer & contractor program in place for professionals.
